First Pemmican Experience

Saw this in an ad an ordered a few. All the flavors were great, comparable to jerky but not overly chewy and dry. Will order again for sure!

I greatly enjoyed these pemmican strips but unfortunately they don't agree with me because I am an IBS sufferer and I can' process berries. So I took my twenty or so strips in their display rack and brought to a friend's little café. There, we cut one up as a sampler and everyone present tasted pemmican for the first time; they loved it so I left the lot at the café for them to sell. I' sure they will.
