Very good. I have made several purchases of pemmican and I have never been disappointed. Small piece works great for me for breakfast.
I've gotten a friend turned onto this porduct as well.

Don't get me wrong,The whole family loves Mistoh products. The dried bison vanishes almost instantly whenever we receive a delivery. I like the bulk packs for their environmentally conscious packaging and better pricing, but sadly this batch was a disappointment. I usually open a package and separate each piece the freeze the lot so my boys can easily grab one to pack in their lunches, but this time the strawberry was impossible to cleanly separate so we ended up with lumps instead of nice clean strips. I know the strawberry is gooey compared to the other flavours, but this was just a mess. Hoping for better in the future. Marsi.
